This lovely heart pendant is in a sterling silver setting that surrounds a mother of pearl heart.  In the center of the heart is an intricately bezel set hand carved bone goddess face.  Her headdress is hand made with the tiniest of beads and hand crafted swirls.  In the center of her headdress there is a facted pear shaped garnet.
