This estate piece is a lovely heart shaped pendant with lots of sparkle. It is 10k gold, approximately 7/8" long x 3/4" wide and surrounded with small, cut natural diamonds (approx. 1mm). In the center of the heart is a mother and child in gold. It did come from an estate and is a very pretty pendant. It comes with a burgundy velvet, flip-open box and a gift box.
